This Daily Beast slideshow doesn’t really investigate the question, but I’m faux offended that it’s being asked. Katherine Bindley, on the other hand, is genuinely upset. Her essay on Huffington Post argues that redism is alive and well—she’s always hated her hair because society has taught her she’s ugly…She does point out that real red heads need 20% more anesthesia. Good to know.
